Sales staff i spoke to on floor were lovely. I made mistake of going in during black Friday sales last weekend. To buy a vacuum. The one I was looking at buying I had a lot of questions about. There were no team members available from that area to help or provide advise, but was being assisted by one of their IT specialists. Tried the best but no product knowledge and noone with product knowledge made themselves available to assist. As a result I spent $700 on a product that I cannot use because it is too heavy for me, and after 5-10 minutes of use I have to pull it apart to empty it out and wash it, then wait for the parts to dry to use again, which takes 5-10 minutes to do. I doubt if they will return it for exchange at this point one week later, but that was $700 I couldn't afford to throw down the toilet like that. I have tried to call them multiple times to discuss but they dont answer their phone. And now not in a position to buy a vacuum that i can use.
Ordered a fridge online on the 15/11. It’s been over a month and still no fridge. We received 1 update saying there was a small delay and that was 3 weeks ago. Have tried calling with each call being cut off while waiting and diverted to a live chat page. Twice I’ve waited an hour only to receive 1 message from an ‘agent’ who then sends me back to the bot page. Terrible customer service. Still have not received my fridge.
Brought a fridge and arranged for premium delivery. Called up and was told soon. Called again and told the team forgot. I mentioned the fact that if i was not present at home i would be penalised. I was just told i would need to wait a whole day again for a possible delivery. I asked about a refund and the girl hanged up on me.
$1400 down the sinkhole. Cant deliver. Wont refund.
Good range as always, be aware customers are not a priority for staff in this store. Counter staff member seemed upset that she had to stop and process a sale for us. Sorry to trouble but we thought that was your job!
Was happy to go in and spend up to $150, looking for a kettle and toaster. Went in and found them, looked at all of them then started looking for some assistance. After being in the store for about 15 minutes I gave up and ended buying from Joyce Mayne. Got greeted straight away and received the help I needed. Lift your game guys. I could have been looking for a big ticket item and you would have lost a big sale.
Tried to ring optio 3 then 1. Took 65 ring tones before being answered. Then they could not give a time for delivery. Just all day deliveries and they will ring half hour before arrival. No regard for people’s other tasks. Bloody poor service so far and I haven’t got the item yet!
product fine but was told we would receive invoice upon delivery, never received in paper or email form (wanting to claim rebate so in-store we were told we'd get both) tried to call got left on hold for an hour and never answered ??
Bought an Airconditioner and paid installation, install was expected Wednesday 18/November, salesperson didn’t organise installation.
Bloody hopeless.
I had to effectively arrange the store to do the installation request as it hadn’t been done.
Not happy with the poor service.
